Life does not always unfold the way we imagined. Whether you are struggling with infertility, grieving a loss, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or navigating a difficult transition, therapy can provide a space to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself. As a licensed psychologist, I am dedicated to helping clients feel less alone and more supported through life’s most challenging moments.
In addition to helping clients with general concerns, I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the emotional challenges that can accompany the reproductive process. This includes infertility, donor conception, high-risk pregnancies, pregnancy and infant loss, difficult medical or pregnancy-related decisions, and the emotional transition into parenthood and postpartum life. I work with both heterosexual and LGBTQ+ clients with sensitivity, compassion, and specialized clinical experience.
My second specialty area is grief and loss. Grief can emerge in many forms — not only after death, but after infertility struggles, miscarriage/infant loss, divorce, relationship changes, or major life transitions. As a Certified Grief Counselor, I help clients navigate the complex emotions that accompany loss while creating space for healing, self-compassion, and renewed grounding. As a Medicare provider, I also enjoy helping seniors, caregivers and adults facing important life transitions including adjusting to a new relationship or living environment.
